Oasi dei Golosi is a site-specific installation for the Festival dell’Architettura di Roma 2022, conceived as a large habitable object, at the scale of the city.

Seven cones surrounding a metal skeleton - counterpoint to the Ostiense gas station. Seven telescopes that intersect to form a circular drum - reflective and permeable. The result is an island that arises from the cars and all the industrial elements of the neighbourhood, and that, playing with shadows and the shapes of the light, frames a sheltered space where you can linger, sit down, enjoy a picnic. An urban oasis, a retreat from the traffic and the heat, for all the gluttonous ones (of public space!) to come.
